Our potted flower and plant rentals for events in San Diego and the surrounding areas all start with a consultation about your special event. Whether you are clients like Gulfstream or Boeing Business Jets exhibiting at the Paris Air Show or someone planning a wedding, the use of plants and flowers to enhance any event begins with a concept and then a design. 


That’s why it all begins with a dialog with me… I’m Sanford (Sandy) and I am the owner. My corporate clients will often send me a cad drawing or 3D rendering of their exhibit. This is always a great start but understandably, most people planning an event don’t have that available. 


Most of the time, especially for my San Diego area customers, it’s best that once we communicate by phone or email, then (if necessary) schedule a site visit at your venue.

Design

After our initial dialog and hopefully a site visit, I will listen to your needs and be able to offer specific recommendations and email you photos on how we can best accomplish your goals and needs. I’ll send you a proposal of my vision and plan including live plants of all types as well as decorative containers. Possibly you have other needs? We also provide potted flowers, cut flower arrangements and centerpieces, as well as living walls, plant and flower wall rentals, and even water features. 

Our potted flower and plant rentals for events in San Diego are available for indoor and outdoor events. If the event is outside, we will have to design according to elements like wind, which is all a part of the design and planning process.

Installation

We deliver and set up several hours before your event begins. 

Most of the time I will personally be supervising the installation. Depending on the amount of plants, and the distance from my truck to where the plants are going, I will bring a couple of experienced helpers to expedite the move in. We are NEVER late. 

We often bring extra plants just in case… Ferns for a stage or to cover wires, a few extra 6ft plants… 

On load out we come very soon after the event closes or early the next morning. We also rent our plants for multiple day events.
